I am Cooper! I am small, but full of love.
I love to play with other dogs and people. I am full of energy because I am still a youngster, but I am always up for a good nap. My favorite place to be is next my foster mom or dad when they are on the couch. I love to cuddle! I am working on basic commands, but I am very smart and getting the hang of them. I love meeting new people and can't wait to meet you! Located in Grand Island NE.
