Lily is a sweet girl who is about 5 years old, and we don't know anything about her history. She is initially shy, but with the right family and a little patience, she will be your snuggle girl on the couch, your shadow in the yard, and your fellow adventurer on hikes.
She does great with other dogs, and should join a family that already has a dog to help her anxiety. She loves to chase the ball, as long as you bounce it, and will bring it back to you. She will swim if other dogs are in the water, and does well with baths. Most of the time, she does not pull on the leash because she is stopping to smell the world, but she will walk or hike with you as long as you want. She is crate trained, however, she is very well behaved in the house and has not had any issues when humans are not around, and her anxiety is greatly reduced if she does not spend much time in the crate. She loves having her head rubbed and sleeping with her head on your feet. With patience and reassurance, this sweet girl will share her love with your family and make you smile every day, especially when you play with her and watch her jump after the ball and see her running back with it, ears flopping, tongue lolling, with joy in her eyes.
