Maxine is a sweet girl, who has the curiosity of a puppy.  She is learning to walk nicely on a leash and other basic obedience skills.  She loves to snuggle (on her terms) and has a good food drive for training.  She appears to have a very active nose, so she may be a candidate for hunting, but that’s unknown(guarantees).   She has some work to do on house manners, she loves to sneak up on unsuspecting countertops, and can be a bit of a barker.  The barking seems to be getting better as she settles in.  She is does get a bit car sick,  so she is getting a ride everyday or so.  She is 80% potty trained but does have a little homework to do on that as well. 

 

She will do great with some formal obedience and a owner with a good sense of humor.  She does not do well with smaller dogs and no cats!
