Ned is such a sweet guy, he wants a place to rest his head (usually your lap). He know all the basic commends but is still your typical shorthair. He enjoys all activities as long as he next to you. He can be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly, he does great with dogs his size and older children. Ned is located in NE.
