It is the start of a new month and I feel like a whole new dog! I came to GPPR at the beginning of August with an untreated leg injury that left me in pain and not wanting to do much. Now that my foster moms have taken such good care of me and are getting me help with my leg, I am a whole new dog. I love people, in fact, if you want to stand in one spot and pet my head all day long, I would be fine with that. I am very affectionate, goofy, and love cuddling. I am learning to walk better on a leash, I love going for walks and exploring with my nose around town. I like other dogs, as long as they are my size or larger. That being said, if you have small dogs, cats, squirrels, rabbits, or anything I think might be prey, I would not work well in your house, unless we want to test how fast they run. I like playing and laying in the doggie pool and I like playing with my foster doggie sisters out in the yard, although I am not allowed to run too much as we work on healing my leg. I also enjoy laying in the yard, keeping an eye on the neighborhood, and soaking up the sun. I should have no problems in the future being a full member of the family that enjoys walking and hiking.
