Red is a sweet older lady who is just as happy snuggling on the couch as she is exploring the yard. She moves at a little slower pace, but is very alert, and likes to play with her foster sisters in the woodpile, trying to catch mice. She also loves to chew bones of any type, and to play with the rope. She is very inquisitive, and she quickly lets you know when you have spent too much time on the computer by coming up to you for attention. She loves to have her head petted and her ears rubbed, and will lick your hand and face to let you know she likes it. She needs to work on some obedience, she does not always come when called, and she pulls on the leash. She goes into her crate very well, and is housetrained. Her favorite time of the day is meal time, but she will wait her turn for her food. She would be great for a family that is looking for a great companion to snuggle with, walk with, and spend time with her.
