Corky is a very happy 1 -2 year old pointer.  He is potty trained.  He is also kennel trained (easily convinced with a treat) and prefers wire crates.  Corky loves his meal times and will do his happy dance (aka spinning wildly and jumping up with excitement) when he realizes he is going to be fed.  He also eats very fast.  He can get a little possessive with raw hides and likes to horde them.  

He plays great with other dogs of all sizes.  He sometimes gets a little wild at play time but he’s still just a puppy.  He sometimes barks at play and will occasionally even howl when playing.  (Kind of like he is talking)  He loves attention and loves to be petted.  He’ll sleep in your lap if you let him.  He enjoys playing with toys.

 He is interested in cats and will leave them alone most of the time.  Other times he just wants to play with them.  Corky has jumped/climbed a 3 ½ foot fence and we have been working with him to stop that behavior.  He loves to search the back yard for squirrels, rabbits and other critters.  He has not been tested with guns so cannot address that issue.  He was found as a stray so not sure of his background.
