Update: Nash is able to go with out a leash and will stop and come on command. He actually listens better than my 6 year old GSP. He is walking fine on a leash and will heal when walking off of the leash. He is pointing and holding point pretty well. We are going to start working on whoa training this week to help make sure he will hold point. He still does not seem to be gun shy. We shot a 410 around him this morning.
Nash is just about a year old. He is a strong, young, handsome boy! . He seems to be very interested in birds. He has had a couple pigeons in front of him and he went nuts. He does not seem to be gun shy either. We are working on come other basic commands. His house traing is going very well. He no longer barks at all when he is in his crate. He responds to come and likes to play fetch with a tennis ball. He enjoys playing with my GSP inside but seems to be very independent when he is outside. He seems to be a great pup who has not had alot of human attention but is learning. He did really well with 8 and 10 year old children. Nash will be an excellent boy with continued training under his belt. He is located near Nebraska City.
