Hi! I'm George! Just George! My foster mom likes to call me Georgie Porgie, Curious George and Georgie. Sometimes she calls me George, NO! But I think that's just because I am learning all about what things are in the house and sometimes I am overly curious! She and I have a great time together playing ball, and I love to bring it back to her. I even got to play with a neighbor boy and he played fetch with me all night, kids are so much fun! My foster dad showed me a Quail Wing and I am not quite sure what I was supposed to do with that, but I have been told I am young enough to learn. Speaking of learning, I have done well with learning to sleep in the kennel, and have kept my kennel clean. I am still learning that going potty should be done outside, but I am a work in progress. Another thing I have learned to do is to swim.  The resident dogs showed me that water isn't scary but I am still cautious. Lastly, I have learned that cuddling is the best! I love to snuggle up and fall asleep belly up. And it's even better when I get belly rubs. I have been told I have the softest, cutest belly in the whole world! Thanks for visiting and checking out my photo! My siblings and I just arrived to GPPR and are getting settled in. Our foster homes are busy working on potty training, crate training, and some basic manners. We will also need some vetting completed before we are available for adoption. 

If you are interested in giving me or one of my siblings a home, please read on for a few details:

• My adoption fee is $425.00
• GPPR does not have history on my parents. We were picked up in a hardware store parking lot.
• I will require a family who can provide training and attend classes if necessary. I will have accidents, may cry in a crate, will chew on things that aren't mine, and will need lots of exercise, as all shorthairs do!
• I will have all appropriate vaccinations, be de-wormed, and microchipped. 
• My adoption agreement will require I be neutered when I am six months old. Once paperwork is provided to GPPR confirming this, $40 of my adoption fee will be reimbursed. 
• My new family may need to travel to my foster home to pick me up. GPPR does not ship dogs.
