Dear Friends & Family,
2018 has been a year of change for me. Firstly, I celebrated my 9th birthday … crossed that milestone off the list! With that, I decided to retire; woot, woot the life of leisure for me!! I’m enjoying a slower pace of life but I still have quite a bit of spunk for an older guy.
I’ve relocated a couple of times this year, my family thought it was time for me to move to a retirement home so they brought me to a shelter. I didn’t much care for it there an d the nice people at the shelter helped me to find GPPR and a foster home. I know most people dream of moving south when they retire, not me, I went to northern MN.
I must admit, I’ve put on a few extra pounds, so yep … you guessed it…. my new year’s resolution is to lose weight – wish me luck!
I wish you the merriest of holidays and hope you are blessed with good health and a loving family. I am looking forward to what 2019 has to offer; I feel it’s going to be a great year and with any luck I will find that forever family that knows an older dog like me still has lots of love to give!

P.S. Chance is new to GPPR and we will update as we learn more information about him. He is neutered, housebroken, lived with other dogs and a small child in his previous home.
