Hi, my name is Coco and I am a little sweetheart!  I am 3 months old.  I am a purebred German Shorthaired Pointer.  I was born partially deaf but it hasn't slowed me down one little bit!  I am a typical puppy; run, run, run, play, play, play, potty, potty, potty, crash...and repeat.  I am really good about whining when I need to go outside to potty but sometimes I am playing too hard and forget.  I am getting better every day.  I crate nicely and am quiet all night unless I have to go outside and then I let my foster mom know.  I settle down pretty quickly in the crate.  I love to play fetch and tug and love all dogs.  

My foster mom took me for specific testing on my hearing, I can hear great out of my right ear, but I can't hear anything out of my left ear because of a birth defect. You can talk to my foster mom about what that means for training, but it means that I may not make a good hunter in the field even though I love to find and point things!

I would love to have a dog companion in my new home to play with and teach me stuff.  I will have to have a fenced yard so that I will stay safe when you are outside playing with me since I can't hear dangerous things like traffic.  If you would like to meet me please let us know, I will have my people contact you while I nap.  You won't regret it!  

Only applications with a physically fenced in yard and another canine companion will be considered for Coco. Coco is located in Minnesota.
