Charlie is a happy go lucky girl who just turned one at the beginning of January, so she’s still very much a puppy. She knows some basic commands like “sit”, “stay”, and “down”, but she has a harder time remembering what these are when she’s very excited.

 

Fetch is her favorite thing in the world and she would play it for hours if she could. She LOVES to chew and has yet to find a toy she can’t beat. She likes her Nylabone as well, and so does her foster family because she hasn’t eaten that one….yet.

 

Charlie has all the energy of a puppy and absolutely loves other dogs - she even does well with cats. Charlie basically loves everyone. She would do best in a home with at least one other dog and where someone is there at least part of the day since she will chew when she gets bored. One of her favorite places is the dog park since there are other dogs to play with and so much space to run. Plus, there are always tennis balls and those are her favorite toys.

 

She’s house trained and kennel trained. She whines when she wants to go out, and I’ve only heard her bark once during a game of keep away, so she appears to be a pretty quiet dog.

 

Charlie is a sweet, goofy girl who is happiest when she’s running, playing, chewing on a toy, or curled up next to you on the couch.
