Chevy is a mellow, happy, three year old German Shorthair Pointer. He loves snuggling with his foster parents and playing with his foster dog siblings. Chevy does great with children and he almost always has a toy or ball in his mouth. 

 

Chevy is house and crate trained. He is allowed to free roam the house at all times. He knows some commands and walks okay on a leash, but needs more practice. He gets so excited while out and about! Chevy is prey-driven and has been pointing squirrels and birds in the backyard. He could use a forever home that will continue working on socialization and training with him. 

 

Chevy has been battling a double ear infection. He doesn't like is ear treatments/cleanings, but is a very good boy for them and will come sit when asked. His ears are slowly getting better, but he won't be ready for adoption until they have healed.
