Cooper checking in from his foster home! I have been with the Rankin's for one week, and I'm fitting in just fine. They say I am the easiest senior dog they have ever fostered. I have good manners, I don't fight with the resident dogs, and I am picking up new skills very quickly. I know my name, and also come, stay, and no very well. Yesterday my foster mom was so happy that I sat for a treat she started jumping up and down and scared me!

After living on a farm for my nin e years, I have had to learn how to be an inside dog. My potty training is going well, and I get treats when I go outside. My favorite thing to do is wrestle with Rocky who is a few months younger than me. I play the submissive role and we get right to it. I love to chew on balls (and sometimes fluffy slippers). I love to roll around and scratch my back on the carpet - it feels so very good. Mostly I love people and lean against anyone who comes home and gives me attention. I will be at trusty companion for many years to come!

The vet says that I'm in very good health and have a lot of vim and vigor despite being technically a senior dog. Please consider me for a forever home, I will not disappoint! I am being fostered in Minnesota.
