Hi there! I’m Ziggy!! I just arrived back into rescue after my papa passed away and looking for a new family to love and boy, I will love any family that lets me!

My foster family cannot get over how adorable I am. I absolutely LOVE to be with my people. I snuggle as much as I can! They marvel on how soft my coat is and let me constantly me; I just love this so much!

I do great in a crate, but I like to have lots of things to make it comfortable. My foster family has me a bit spoiled with a down blanket in my crate. I’ll sleep in the crate if you want me to, but I also make a really good snuggle buddy. My foster family even let me have my own blanket one night. I couldn’t quite get comfortable. She read my mind and the second she got me covered up, I fell right to sleep. I do great throughout the day in crate. The two dogs here also stay in their crates during the day-they are more comfortable in a crate during the day, so I haven’t tried free roaming here when they are gone. But I don’t mind staying in my comfortable crate when they are gone.

I know how to sit pretty well, but walking on a leash could use some work. I just want to see the whole world right now! My foster family will try to work with me as much as they can to try to teach me how to politely walk with you.

I’m super affectionate! I love to lay my head on your lap or on your neck, give kisses, and snuggle next to you on the couch when allowed.

I love getting treats and I’m super polite about it but when you’re eating your food, I definitely want to have a taste and I’ll let you know! So I get to hang out in my crate when my foster family is eating so that I can just rest and not get anxious about trying to eat your food.

Somehow I didn’t something to one of my eyes awhile ago and I can’t quite see fully out of it, but it doesn’t really slow me down much.

Right now I’m staying with three ladies. They are sisters. One of them has a teenager. They are all hoping to find me a really good home since they have all fallen in love with me right away. I love everyone in my foster family. I also stay with two large dogs. I really love being with them as much as they let me. We have a cat here but I haven’t met her. She is older and never is allowed up stairs since the other dogs here want to eat her. She gets too nervous around any dogs so I’m not sure if I would like her or not.
